of <h1>Customs Authority can publish rulings under Regulation 27, protecting confidential info upon request; amended by Notification 63/2022.</h1> Regulation 27 of the Customs Authority for Advance Rulings Regulations, 2021, allows the Authority to publish its orders or advance rulings in authoritative reports or the press, subject to terms and conditions it specifies. Additionally, upon the applicant's request, the Authority can take steps to protect commercially confidential information. This provision was amended by Notification No. 63/2022 dated July 20, 2022.
