Withdrawal of application permits withdrawal before an advance ruling is pronounced, replacing earlier limited withdrawal conditions. The regulation permits an applicant to withdraw an application at any time prior to the pronouncement of an advance ruling, replacing an earlier provision that had allowed withdrawal only within an initial short period and thereafter required the leave of the Authority.
