of <h1>Applicants Can Withdraw Advance Ruling Applications Anytime Before Decision Per Amended Regulation 20, Customs 2021.</h1> Regulation 20 of the Customs Authority for Advance Rulings Regulations, 2021, allows an applicant to withdraw their application at any time before an advance ruling is pronounced. This provision was amended by Notification No. 63/2022, which removed the previous requirement that withdrawal could occur within two weeks from the application date or thereafter only with the Authority's permission.
