of <h1>Regulation 17: Proceedings Continue if Applicant Dies or Dissolves, Legal Representative May Petition for Continuation.</h1> Regulation 17 of the Customs Authority for Advance Rulings Regulations, 2021, addresses the continuation of proceedings if an applicant dies or ceases to exist due to dissolution, winding up, or similar circumstances. In such cases, the application does not abate, and proceedings may continue through a legal representative such as an executor, administrator, liquidator, or assignee. This continuation is contingent upon a petition being filed and the Authority's determination that the circumstances warrant it.
