Continuation of proceedings after death: legal representatives may continue the applicant's advance-ruling application subject to the Authority's approval. Continuation of proceedings after death or corporate change permits an advance-ruling application to not abate and to be continued by the applicant's legal representative (such as an executor, administrator, liquidator, receiver or assignee) upon a petition, if the Authority, in its discretion, considers the circumstances justify continuation.
