of <h1>Authority May Request or Allow Submission of Extra Facts for Advance Rulings Under Regulation 14, 2021.</h1> Regulation 14 of the Customs Authority for Advance Rulings Regulations, 2021, allows the Authority to permit or require submission of additional facts necessary for pronouncing an advance ruling. This can be initiated by the Authority itself or upon a petition by a party involved in the application. The petitioner must support any additional facts with duly verified documents.
