of <h1>Customs Regulation 13 Omitted: No More Need for Designating Commissioner in Advance Rulings Applications as per Notification No. 63/2022.</h1> Regulation 13 of the Customs Authority for Advance Rulings Regulations, 2021, which required the Board to designate a Principal Commissioner or Commissioner if not specified by the applicant in an application, has been omitted as per Notification No. 63/2022 - Customs (N.T.) dated July 20, 2022. Previously, if no designation was made within two weeks of the Board receiving the application copy, the application would proceed without a designated Commissioner.
