of <h1>Penalties Revised for Auditors, Cost Accountants, and Secretaries Under Amended Section 143 for Non-compliance with Sub-section (12).</h1> Section 143 of the principal Act is amended by substituting sub-section (15). The new provision imposes penalties on auditors, cost accountants, or company secretaries in practice who fail to comply with sub-section (12). For listed companies, the penalty is five lakh rupees, while for other companies, the penalty is one lakh rupees.
