Publication of tribunal orders: Presiding Officer may authorize release and set terms for dissemination in reports or press. Orders of the Appellate Tribunal deemed fit for publication in an authoritative report or the press may be released for such publication, and the Presiding Officer may lay down the terms and conditions for that release.
