Filing of reply: respondent must submit prescribed paper sets within one month, serve appellant; tribunal may allow late filing. Rule 14 requires the respondent to file multiple complete paper-book sets containing the reply and documents with the registry within one month of service of the notice of the memorandum of appeal; each reply must be verified as prescribed and copies must be forthwith served on the appellant, while the Appellate Tribunal may, in its discretion on application, permit filing after the prescribed period.
