Jurisdiction exclusion prevents civil suits and bars injunctions against actions taken under this Act by designated appellate mechanisms. Section 33F precludes civil courts from entertaining suits or proceedings concerning matters that an Adjudicating Officer or the Appellate Tribunal is empowered to determine under the Act, and prohibits courts or other authorities from granting injunctions in respect of any action taken or to be taken pursuant to powers conferred by the Act; the provision was inserted by the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019.
