Amendments to section 53 add clause (aa) permitting the Authority to allow a requesting entity to perform authentication only for specified purposes under section 4(4)(b)(ii), and add clauses (ga) and (gb) requiring specification of the qualification, experience, and manner of appointment of the Adjudicating Officer under section 33B(1), and the form, manner, and fee for appeals under section 33C(2).
