In Chapters 39, 68, 69, 70, 83, 84, 85, and 87, the tariff rate is set at 15% for specified items. Chapter 71 items are adjusted to 12.5%, while certain items in Chapter 84 and 85 have rates of 10% or 20%. A new note in Chapter 98 clarifies that heading 9804 does not apply to printed books. These changes reflect updates to the customs duties applicable to a range of goods.
