Reassessment inclusion broadens assessment scope under section 10, with retrospective effect from 1 July 2015. Amendment inserts 'or reassess' in sub section (3) and 'or reassessment' in sub section (4) of section 10, thereby extending the section's coverage to include reassessment proceedings; the insertions are declared retrospective in operation with effect from 1st July, 2015.
