          <h1>Information-sharing under securities regulation expanded to permit furnishing to the Board alongside recognised exchanges formally.</h1> Clause 144 provides that the Part comes into force on a date appointed by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette. Clause 145 amends the information-furnishing regime so that information required to be furnished to a recognised stock exchange may also be furnished to the Board, thereby expanding regulatory recipients for such information.
