Verification of additional facts requires written submission and the same mode of verification as the original statement.

Any facts not included in the statement of facts furnished under the procedural rule must be submitted to the Settlement Commission in writing and verified in the same manner as that statement, imposing a written-submission obligation for newly alleged facts and parity in the mode of verification.
