Export clearance orders may be electronically recorded and communicated after assessment, applicable payments, and required examination of goods.

Export clearance orders under section 51 or section 69 may be made after assessment, payment of applicable duty or cess, and any required examination of export goods. The order may be recorded on ICEGATE and electronically conveyed to the authorised person, custodian, and persons designated by the authorised person.
