Application conformity requirement: incomplete Form E may be rejected but applicant given written chance to remedy, board may extend time. An application in Form E that is incomplete or non conforming shall be rejected, but before rejection the Board must give the applicant written notice of objections and an opportunity to remove them within thirty days; the Board may extend that period if it deems an extension necessary.
