Registration refusal effect: applicant must cease all sub-broker activity upon communication of the refusal by regulator. Regulation 14 has been omitted. Previously the provision required that a person whose application for grant of a certificate was refused was to, from the date of communication of that refusal under regulation 13, cease to carry on any activity as a sub-broker.
