of <h1>Regulation 14 SEBI (Stock Brokers) 1992, on sub-broker certificate refusal, omitted as of April 1, 2019.</h1> Regulation 14 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers) Regulations, 1992, which dealt with the effects of refusal of a certificate for sub-brokers, has been omitted as of April 1, 2019, following a notification dated July 30, 2018. Prior to its omission, the regulation stated that a person whose application for a certificate was refused by the Board would be required to cease all sub-broker activities from the date the refusal was communicated under regulation 13.
