Regulation 10 on Credit Rating Agency Registration Renewal: Application and Fees Process Before 2011 Omission.
Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999, which was omitted in 2011, previously outlined the process for credit rating agencies to renew their certificates of registration. Agencies were required to apply for renewal at least three months before the certificate's expiry, accompanied by a non-refundable application fee and a renewal fee as specified in the Second Schedule. The renewal process was to be handled similarly to the application for a fresh certificate.
