Application conformity requirement: permits a time-limited opportunity to cure Board objections before rejecting an application. Regulation 6 provides that applications incomplete or non-conforming to Regulation 5 or Form A shall be rejected, but the Board must first give the applicant an opportunity to remove indicated objections within a specified cure period; the Board may, on sufficient reason, grant a discretionary extension of that cure period for a further limited time to enable removal of objections.
