Board meeting place and time must be in the convening notice; remote participation requires advance communication and procedural compliance. Meetings of the Board must be held at times and places in India as specified in the notice convening the meeting. A Member who intends to participate through video conferencing or other audio-visual means must communicate that intention sufficiently in advance to the Chairperson or Secretary and, where signalled, the specified procedural schedule to the regulations must be followed for such participation.
