Prohibition of sexual harassment establishes internal complaints committee with inquiry powers and procedural rules for complaints by women employees. Prohibition of sexual harassment forbids unwelcome sexually determined behaviour toward women employees, defined to cover physical contact, requests for sexual favours, sexually coloured remarks, showing pornography and other unwelcome conduct. Complaints are to be dealt with by a Board appointed Complaints Committee-chaired by a workman, including at least one external expert and with at least half women members-which may set its procedures, dismiss motivated or frivolous complaints, initiate inquiries treated as formal inquiries with the Committee as inquiry officer, frame charges, receive written defences, produce an inquiry report, and provide counselling or support services.
