of <h1>Employees Entitled to 20 Days Sick Leave Annually, Full Pay Option After 3 Years with Conditions</h1> Every employee is entitled to 20 days of sick leave per calendar year, with a maximum of 540 days over their entire service, upon presenting a medical certificate. Sick leave for up to three days may not require a certificate. Sick leave is granted on half pay, but employees with at least three years of service may request full pay for up to nine months, which will be deducted as double from their sick leave account. During the first year, sick leave is granted on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
