They set out a working definition of legal proceedings for Fund purposes as court or tribunal matters affecting a large class of investors arising from listed harms-mis-statements or omissions in securities issues, non-receipt of securities or refunds, non-payment of dividends, defaults in redemption or interest, fraudulent or unfair trade practices, market manipulation and other market misconduct as the Board may deem appropriate-while excluding proceedings involving the Board as party or initiating enforcement.
