<h1>Close-ended AIFs can list on stock exchanges under Regulation 14, with a minimum tradable lot of one crore rupees.</h1> Regulation 14 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, addresses the listing conditions for close-ended Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). It permits the listing of AIF units on stock exchanges, provided that the minimum tradable lot is one crore rupees. Additionally, the listing of these units is allowed only after the final closure of the fund or scheme.
