A fee of 0.0025% of the issue size is charged for every draft offer document filed by a lead merchant banker. For private placements listed, a fee of 0.00025% of the issue size is required at the time of listing. Payments can be made via direct credit or demand draft. Designated stock exchanges must remit collected fees to SEBI by the tenth day of the following month, with details of the issuances listed.
