Power of the Board: authority to alter or overrule decisions and penalties imposed by a recognized body under regulation. The Board reserves the right to alter, modify or overrule any decision, action or penalties imposed by a body or body corporate recognized under regulation 14, retaining supervisory authority and final control over determinations made by that recognized entity.
