        Certificate of registration for investment advisers issued after compliance and fee payment, subject to prescribed terms and conditions. The Board, satisfied that the applicant complies with regulation 6, shall intimate the applicant and, on receipt of the prescribed registration fees in the Second Schedule, grant a certificate of registration in Form B to an investment adviser or in Form C to a part time investment adviser, subject to terms and conditions as the Board may deem fit; an individual or partnership firm registered as a research analyst may likewise be granted registration as an investment adviser subject to terms and conditions.
