Rejection of settlement applications for non cooperation and failure to meet submission, appearance, or undertaking requirements. The Board may reject a settlement application during consideration where the applicant refuses to respond to communications, delays or fails to submit information or documents required by the Board, repeatedly fails to appear when required before the internal committee, violates the undertaking and waivers in Part C of Schedule I, or does not remit the settlement amount within the specified period and/or does not abide by the undertaking and waivers; such rejection must be communicated to the applicant.
