Non-compliance of settlement order leads to revocation and restoration or initiation of underlying proceedings against the applicant. Non-compliance with a settlement order-including failure to comply, lack of full and true disclosure, or breach of undertakings or waivers-results in the settlement order standing revoked and withdrawn, and the Board will restore or initiate the underlying proceedings for which the settlement was passed.
