Project manager duties: manage and maintain InvIT assets, appoint and supervise agents, and oversee completion of infrastructure projects. Project manager must undertake operations and management of InvIT assets, including arranging appropriate maintenance directly or through appointed and supervised agents, and, for investments in under construction projects, operate and manage the projects, oversee development progress and approval status up to completion, and discharge obligations to achieve timely implementation, operation, maintenance and management of the infrastructure project in terms of the project management agreement.
