of <h1>InvIT Registration Requires Specific Financial Thresholds and Experience Under Regulation 4 of SEBI Regulations, 2014</h1> Regulation 4 of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 establishes eligibility criteria for InvIT registration. Requirements include: trust structure with registered deed; designated sponsor, investment manager, and trustee as separate entities; sponsors with minimum net worth of Rs. 100 crore and 5 years infrastructure experience; investment managers with minimum Rs. 10 crore net worth and 5 years relevant experience; project managers appointed through implementation agreements; trustees registered with SEBI; single class of units with equal voting rights; and unitholder rights for those holding at least 10% of units to nominate a director. All parties must be 'fit and proper persons' per SEBI criteria.
