Administrator obligations require integrity, independence, full disclosure and confidentiality in verification and refund processes. An Administrator must maintain integrity, promptness, fairness, skill, care and diligence, avoid misrepresentation, negligence and acquisition of defaulter assets, disclose and justify verification and refund costs, act with objectivity and independence free from conflicts or undue influence, provide required information to the Recovery Officer in time, preserve confidentiality of sale, verification and refund information except when authorized to disclose, and comply with appointment terms.
