<h1>Settlement Orders Revoked for Non-Compliance Under Regulation 28; Original Proceedings Restored, No Refund of Paid Amounts.</h1> Regulation 28 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018, addresses the revocation of settlement orders. If an applicant fails to comply with the settlement order or it is discovered that they have not made full and true disclosures or violated any undertakings or waivers, the settlement order will be revoked and withdrawn. Consequently, the Board will restore or initiate the original proceedings related to the order. Additionally, any amount paid under these regulations will not be refunded upon revocation of the settlement order.
