Settlement of proceedings applies to tribunal or court matters; proposals with terms must be placed for appropriate orders. Regulation 24 makes the settlement regime applicable mutatis mutandis to applications for settlement of proceedings pending before a Tribunal or any court, and requires that a settlement proposal with terms, or its rejection, be placed before the Tribunal or court for appropriate orders.
