Central Government orders follow appeal, documentary evidence and hearing requirements to give effect to its directions. Central Government authority to issue orders is conditional on consideration of the appeal, consideration of further documentary evidence, and giving a hearing, after which it may pass orders or give directions necessary or expedient to give effect to, or in relation to, its orders.
