of <h1>Securities Appellate Tribunal Rules: Presiding Officer and Members Now Receive 200 Liters of Petrol Monthly Allowance</h1> The Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances, and Other Terms and Conditions of Presiding Officer and Other Members) Rules, 2003, as amended in 2014, stipulate that the Presiding Officer and Members are entitled to a staff car and 200 liters of petrol monthly, or the actual petrol consumption per month, whichever is less. This provision was updated from a previous allowance of 150 liters of petrol per month.
