Section 22C allows the Central Government to set up Special Courts with judges appointed in consultation with the Chief Justice of the relevant High Court. Section 22D specifies that these courts will handle all offences under the Act. Section 22E grants High Courts appellate powers over Special Courts. Section 22F applies the Code of Criminal Procedure to these proceedings, and Section 22G provides transitional provisions until Special Courts are operational.
