Prohibition of options in securities: post commencement option contracts are illegal and unperformed pre existing options become void. All contracts constituting options in securities entered into after commencement of the Act are illegal; any option in securities entered into before commencement that remains to be performed, whether wholly or in part, becomes void to the extent of such unperformed obligations.
