of <h1>LTC Benefits for Chairperson and Members Defined Under Rule 11 of 2016 Insolvency Board Service Rules</h1> The Leave Travel Concession (LTC) provisions under Rule 11 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and members) Rules, 2016, specify that the Chairperson is entitled to LTC benefits equivalent to those of a Secretary to the Government of India. Whole-time members receive LTC benefits similar to those of a Group 'A' officer of equivalent rank in the Central Government. Additional conditions for LTC are governed by the rules applicable to Group 'A' officers of the same rank within the Central Government.
