of <h1>Rule 7: Chairperson and Members Get 30 Days Earned Leave, 20 Half Pay Leave, and 8 Casual Leave Annually</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2016, Rule 7 outlines the leave entitlements for the Chairperson and whole-time members. They receive 30 days of earned leave annually, credited in two installments, with a maximum accrual of 300 days. Half Pay Leave is granted for 20 days per year, convertible to full pay on medical grounds. Additionally, they are entitled to 8 days of casual leave, 2 restricted holidays, and up to 180 days of extraordinary leave without pay per term, plus unpaid leave on government-notified holidays.
