of <h1>Chairperson and Members to Receive Allowances as per Group 'A' Officer Rates Under Rule 5 of 2016 Rules.</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2016, under Rule 5, stipulates that the Chairperson and whole-time members who choose remuneration equivalent to a Secretary or Additional Secretary to the Government of India will receive dearness allowance at the rates applicable to a Group 'A' Officer of the Central Government of equivalent rank.
