'Advisory Committee' refers to a committee constituted by the Board under section 197 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. 'Code' refers to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 itself. 'Governing Board' denotes the Board of Members established under section 189(1) of the Code. Terms not defined in these regulations but defined in the Code will carry the meanings assigned to them in the Code.
