of <h1>New Rules for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board's Annual Account Statements Effective from May 2018</h1> These rules, titled the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2018, were established by the Central Government under the authority of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. They specify the form for the annual statement of accounts to be used by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. The rules were officially enacted and came into effect on the date they were published in the Official Gazette, as notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on May 1, 2018.
