Exports by Post Regulations establish a regulatory framework for postal exports and set commencement of the rules. The Exports by Post Regulations, 2018 are issued under powers conferred by the Customs Act and are named as such; by notification dated 4 June 2018 the regulations are declared to come into force on 21st June 2018, thereby effecting their commencement under the delegated statutory authority.
