Arrears of duties: collected or uncollected proceeds must be remitted to the Reserve Bank for credit to the Consolidated Fund. Clause 107 requires that proceeds of duties levied under the repealed enactments immediately before assent be paid into the Reserve Bank of India for credit to the Consolidated Fund, whether already collected but not remitted by collecting agencies or not yet collected, obliging collection and payment into the Reserve Bank.
