          <h1>Electronic customs clearance permitted through automated risk-based evaluation enabling issuance of orders without manual officer intervention.</h1> The amendment permits the order in clause (c) of section 69 to be made electronically through the customs automated system on the basis of risk evaluation using appropriate selection criteria, thereby enabling automated, criteria-driven issuance and clearance alongside clearance by the proper officer.
