Quorum requirement: committee meetings require a majority of members for validity under governing board meeting rules. Regulation 17 provides that the provisions applicable to Governing Board meetings apply mutatis mutandis to Committee meetings and stipulates the quorum for Committee meetings as fifty percent of the existing strength of the Committee.
