Regulation 5 requires that notice and agenda for Governing Board meetings be sent to every Member at his usual address in India or by e-mail, ordinarily with a ten-day notice period as substituted in 2019; the Chairperson may dispense with the notice requirement for urgent meetings, and no business other than that for which the meeting was convened shall be transacted except with the Chairperson's permission.
