Liquidator bank account: all receipts must be deposited and disbursements limited to authorized distribution under insolvency rules. Liquidation proceeds must be collected in a bank account in the corporate person's name suffixed 'in voluntary liquidation'; the liquidator shall pay into it all moneys, including cheques and demand drafts, and deposit daily realisations without deduction by the next working day. Money credited to the account may be used only in accordance with section 53(1), and payments above the prescribed threshold must be made by cheque or online banking drawn against that account.
