Liquidator reporting obligations: reports and minutes must be prepared and provided subject to application, cost, and confidentiality. Regulation 8 requires the liquidator to prepare and submit a Preliminary Report, Status Report, Minutes of consultations with stakeholders, and a Final Report. Stakeholder access to these documents is permitted only on written application, payment of the cost of making the reports available, and an undertaking to maintain confidentiality and not use the reports to cause undue gain or loss to any person.
